Each weekday, 200 transit routes including MATA paratransit vans, vintage rail trolleys, and traditional city buses carry approximately 35,000 riders throughout Memphis and surrounding areas. MATA Arkansas serves three cities in Shelby County and West Memphis.

*No charges as customers of bus passengers
When the bus shows up early, it stops and waits for a minute, doesn’t improve right away when it shows up late, and sometimes, at 7:06 42 takes me to work The next one takes an hour before departure as I will be getting there late, without warning will not be fine.. There is no charge as customers of bus passengers. How else can you explain that people have to pay for a bus that has probably already passed three times

* Great Service
good morning to all memphis trans, great service and I am glad the mayor provided us with the opportunity to ride at no charge and special service matt page nurses, doctors, and other aspects are essentially as important as the cashier that day -Gives revenue and works daily, so thank you for providing us this opportunity in our prayers.
* Not suitable for children
When are they coming back to the old route? My road is not breaking. America for years but because of all these now I am soul proud. I hope they are better because I see seeing children and they can hold a mother… 3 buses coming on the same road.. Please fix it, especially for children who are within walking distance.
* Don’t use it to reach early
Overall most of the trolleys were very nice. Will stop the riverside trolley at two different times. He first handed over his telephone to a person outside the trolley and sat down at the same time to let us talk on the phone for about 4-5 minutes. After walking for a while he stops again then he uses his phone for 3-4 minutes. If there is any place where you need to reach and reach on time then don’t use this service
